• Employer: An entity seeking to hire individuals for positions.
• Platform: The online marketplace provided by us for connecting Job Seekers and Employers.
• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

3. Job Seeker Terms

3.1 Registration

• To use our platform as a Job Seeker, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You consent to us collecting and processing your Personal Data as described in our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Profile Creation

• You may create a profile showcasing your skills, experience, and job preferences.
• You grant us permission to use your profile information to match you with potential job opportunities.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in your profile.

3.3 Video Answers

• You may be asked to provide pre-recorded video answers through Typeform, a third-party service.
• You consent to us collecting and storing these video answers for the purpose of matching you with job opportunities
• We will not share your video answers with any third parties without your explicit consent.

3.4 Job Matching

• We will use your profile information and video answers to match you with relevant job openings.
• We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a job opportunity.

3.5 Communication

• We may contact you via email or phone regarding potential job matches.
• You agree to keep your contact information up to date.

4. Employer Terms

4.1 Job Posting

• To post job openings on our platform, you must create an account and provide accurate company information.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the job descriptions you post.

4.2 Candidate Matching

• We will use our matching algorithms to identify suitable candidates for your job openings.
• You may review candidate profiles and video answers before deciding to proceed.

4.3 Fees

• If we successfully match a candidate with your job opening and the candidate is hired, you agree to pay us a fixed fee as outlined in our pricing structure.

5. General Terms

5.1 Intellectual Property

• All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform.

5.3 Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our platform at any time for any reason without prior notice.
• You have the right at any time to terminate and/or cancel your registration and/or delete your account from the platform.

5.4 Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
